  • Three-phase, 400-amp electrical service can support substantial lighting packages and specialty equipment. Two large bay doors allow truck access, while ground-level double doors at the front provide step-free load-in so carts and cases can roll straight into the facility.

  • Production-ready inventory is available on site, including C-stands, apple boxes, posing cubes, B-flats, folding tables, tables, chairs, director’s chairs, additional seating, coolers, cable crossovers, and other production support equipment. A printer/copier is also available for production-office needs.

  • Keep the day organized with a dedicated makeup room, a private cast bathroom suitable for changing, on-site laundry, and an on-site conference room for production meetings, client reviews, or a working production office. The entire facility is air-conditioned for year-round comfort.

  • A redesigned upstairs loft offers clients and crew a chic, comfortable place to work or relax, with a darker lounge atmosphere and mood lighting. Two 65-inch OLED displays can receive and distribute camera feeds for clients, agency teams, and other stakeholders on set.
